The restaurant was founded by Mario Carbon, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick to cater to the needs of A-list celebrities. It first opened its doors in 2013 in New York.
A Culinary Fusion
The restaurant is renowned for its menu that combines Italian and American flavors. It boasts a distinctive range of dishes like Lobster Ravioli, Prime Rib, Meatballs, and more.
When it comes to interior decor, you can expect classic details shared by most Carbon branches, including touches like Murano chandeliers. The emerald green accents and terracotta colors are prominent throughout the venue.
A Luxurious Setting
Carbon Riyadh is located inside the magnificent Mansard Riyadh Hotel, one of the Radisson Collection hotels, near the King Abdullah Financial District. The restaurant brilliantly blends European designs with the famed Arabian hospitality.
