Nusuk Platform for Hajj
Saudi Arabia has launched the Nusuk platform for Hajj to simplify the arrival procedures for pilgrims, including those from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and to enrich their religious and cultural experience in the Kingdom.
In its first phase, the platform provided electronic guides, interactive maps, health services, informational materials, offers, events, and more for pilgrims interested in performing Hajj rituals. It is available in seven different languages: Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German.
In the second phase, pilgrims from eligible countries became able to choose services, including accommodation, airfare, transportation, and other services.
Italy is one of the eligible countries to benefit from the Nusuk platform for Hajj.
Services Available on Nusuk Platform for Hajj from Italy
Pilgrims from Italy wishing to visit Saudi Arabia and perform the Hajj pilgrimage can use the Nusuk platform to benefit from the following services:
- Flight reservations to and from the Hajj destination country.
- Accommodation services in Mecca and Medina.
- Transportation services.
- Catering service.
- Tourist guides accompanying pilgrims.
- Guidance and technical support during Hajj.
- Verification of required documents for visa issuance.
The platform also allows pilgrims to digitally and securely pay for the selected services using Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, cash collection, or SADAD system.
Logging into Nusuk Platform for Hajj and Booking Packages
Pilgrims from Italy will be able to log in and book the complete Hajj package, including accommodation, transportation, and Hajj schedules, through the Nusuk platform. Here are the registration steps:
- Visit the Nusuk platform.
- If you already have an account on the platform, log in here. If you are using the platform for the first time, you need to create an account first.
- To create an account, you should:
- Select your nationality and country of residence.
- Fill in your basic details such as name, date of birth, gender, contact number, email address, and create a password.
- Set a password for your account.
- Agree to the registration terms and conditions.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email address to complete the registration process.
- Once logged into your account, complete your profile.
- Enter details of your passport and ID/residence ID.
- Attach a copy of your passport, residence ID, and a personal photo.
- If you plan to travel with any companions, enter their details to add them to your registration.
- Upon successful registration on the platform, you will receive a confirmation email and future updates through newsletters to your registered email address.
